All our Products which is manufactured by RST Ecoenergy Private Limited offering  1 to 2 years warranty against manufacturing defects only and not includes any wear and tear.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED?

This limited warranty does not cover any damage or malfunction arising from:-

 

· Normal wear and tear of Product use

· Misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use

· Use of the Product other than for its intended purpose

· Damage caused by improper or unauthorized repair or maintenance

· Product that has been modified or altered

Any product that is not manufactured by RST Ecoenergy Private Limited. (including, without limitation, any non-RST LED Lighting product that is used in connection with the Product)

 

To obtain service within the warranty period, hand in or send the complete appliance along with all its parts and accessories for repair or replacement. Read our Replacement and Refund policy for more info.
