What should I prepare?

Fabrication: Gerber files, drill data, outline and stack-up notes.
Assembly: BOM with manufacturer part numbers and component placement/CPL export.
Design: circuit brief, schematic if available, interfaces and mechanical constraints.
Integrated prototype: enclosure/fabrication needs, test objectives and any 3D-printing feasibility request.

Does RST fabricate every PCB in its own factory?

PCB fabrication and specialist assembly are coordinated through manufacturing partners. RST provides the agreed design, review, coordination and India supply scope. The quotation identifies what is included.

Are all boards or design jobs available for ₹2,000?

No. ₹2,000 is an indicative starting point for sample/prototype services. Design effort, stack-up, dimensions, material, quantity, components, assembly, shipping and taxes can change the price.

Can I request metal-core, flex or RF boards?

Yes, as a feasibility enquiry. Availability and specification are checked before RST accepts the scope; no material or tolerance is guaranteed by this selection form.

Will the Gerber viewer perform DFM or an electrical test?

The viewer is for 2D artwork inspection. It does not certify manufacturability, electrical connectivity, impedance or compliance. Required reviews and tests must be agreed separately.

Can I order 3D printing or a mechanical prototype?

Describe the requirement under Integrated prototype support. RST can review enclosure/fabrication scope and 3D-printing feasibility; process, material and availability must be confirmed before quotation.
